| This week was open house at school. Our hostess, Abigail, gave us a tour of her classroom. Here we are at her desk and John is sitting in her chair. |
| These are several of the sight words....Matt has been wanting a poster board full of these words! |
| Art work by Abigail on display. |
| Abigail's tab. She is on happy green and has not turned her tab once! We were so excited to explore her classroom. |
| John and I made oatmeal muffins and added our favorite fruit toppings on Saturday. He really enjoyed buttering the bottom of the muffin pan, scooping the batter into the muffin tins and adding fruit. Favorite part for me was he was amazingly clean and whenever his hands got dirty, he washed them. |

| Later that day, the chocolate wall cake Uncle Donald brought over was another story. It was a chocolate badge of honor. |
Between organizing cookies for our girl scout troop, cold weather and a cough, we have not had many updates -- but we are keeping busy. Abigail is doing great in school, swim and gymnastics, and John is enjoying daily trips to the zoo and his Little Gym class. He might pretend not to like it, but he has a great time in school. I laugh at how much he talks -- he talks all class long. He is also on the cusp of potty training. Yesterday, he mainly used the potty; today not interested but we are excited for these big steps.
