The toddler and the extrovert

It has been a great start to the new year for these two. 

John has gotten lots of time with an array of vacuums, home improvement projects that bring out Daddy's tools, and special visitors that lead to DOUGH-NUTS!

Abigail has been having a blast with a busy dance card -- including weekend long visit with Reed, Connor's birthday party, and

Ice skating!!!

For Abigail we are working on listening skills, sitting still in her chair, and taking time to complete her work rather than rushing to get it done.  For John, we are reading longer books, reviewing shapes, and fine tuning his hand eye coordination/pincher skills -- they are really impressive.  He holds a fork better than me (if I were holding it in my left hand like he does :) )!
