Are these two just the cutest, silliest and most adorable children EVER! We have had some cabin fever and these few rays of sunshine helped spark a great fun dance on the changing station. Both kids, despite being indoors for days, are in happy spirits. John's vocabulary is just soaring. He can say "Abigail" -- it sounds more like ABIgirl. He can say Ashlie. His favorite foods are orange juice, oranges, fruit chews and sausage. Abigail is working hard on listening, sitting still and writing her name. Her favorite foods are eggs, lemon bars, strawberry anything, fruit chews and the ends of a loaf of bread (Haha always the diva). Earlier this week, she told me her favorite number was 18 and she wanted to be 18. While Abigail's strive for independence is always motivated to fun and party, John's is all about pursuit of doing it for himself, which honestly means he gets it faster as he is often the last one -- he climbs up to his high chair and is teaching himself to buckle the straps, he grabs stools and moves them to the pantry to pick his favorite food up or get a toy just out of reach.
