| So the nanny was out sick -- was a rare opportunity for Mama and Dad to take the kids to school -- we had to take a quick photo to just to celebrate the day. |

| John learned a lot of new words this week -- his favorite is Dude. He giggles and smiles just saying the word. |

| Abigail and I went to the Kimball and the Modern on National Museum Day -- just a special girls outing. She really enjoyed the elevator, the reflection pools, the gardens and the food....she did some art viewing. Pretty good day for the first art museum trip. |

| Abigail also is really making huge progress in her drawing and color skills. In the remote past it was always only one color, objects were never filled completely in and there was no effort to stay in the lines. Now she is coloring with several colors, filling in the entire object and really improving on staying in the lines. She even added a few fairies. |

| John is all smiles these days as long as he is outdoors. He is teething three molars and so we are keeping him outdoors and happy as often as possible. |
