Spring Break

Spring break has been a blur  - lots of activity and motion. 

Last weekend started the break with John's first buggy ride, visits to Uncle Donald's and the last of the house showings!

John 's favorite thing to do these days is crash on pillows -- sometimes he comes up short, sometimes his Sissy tackles and tickles him to the pillows....but it is the second child so we don't hold our breath every time. 

We visited a book store and Abi got a new fairytale book, which has been a great break from the Disney Rapunzel and little red riding hood books. 

 Abi had a hard week being home, sharing everything and everyone with John.  She had several play dates with neighbors and trips to the park, Trinity trails train, and birthday parties.  But it was hard week for her.  She told me after one birthday party that the girls did not treat her like a star.  I think it was a good learning experience on peer interactions.

John had lots of Daddy time while Abi and I were at the birthday parties.  He was so proud of himself getting into Daddy's lap.

We had a few sunny days, even warm enough for popsicles!
