This morning over blueberry muffins with fresh blueberries, Abigail decided to play a joke on Mama. She recently learned about blood, thanks to some nose picking and a bad fall on her face outside. This morning she realized the smashed blueberry was the perfect blood makeup. She smashed a blueberry and wiped it on her nose, smearing it down her face and said, "Is this blood Mama!."
After lunch we headed to Harlow's 2nd birthday party (Bottom row: Hannah, Kennedy, Harlow, Abigail and Lochlin). Harlow and Abigail are in the same class at Kid's Place. This is the 2nd birthday party at a jump house and we were amazed how brave the kids were the second time around. They ran to the jump areas, and they all remembered the pizza and cake that would follow the jumping. It was so much fun! There was a sweet section aimed at toddlers, a ball jump house, dance mat, two traditional jump houses, a slide and a relay race slide. Abigail is recharging her batteries now with a long nap!
