Sometimes I feel video captures so much more than a picture these days as the sweet sounds of the kids voices and their enthusiasm and eagerness is amazing. But a video is not fast enough for capturing the going to school walk. It is a 15 minute process from leaving our house to me returning to my car. The first is the rush to get into the car or helmet/scooter or walk up to Warner. Then the spotting of friends. She is then a bullet traveling full speed toward them. The greetings and more greetings of each friend, the running to and fro and climbing the wall and petting of dogs. Then identified cross walk, Ola to Señor Rodriguez, and into the building with gusto and enthusiasm. MORE friends and greetings. Locker, lunch bag, folder, bell (really loud bell), kisses are getting fewer for smiles and friends and hugs from teacher. Ahh. It is beautiful.
