The toddler lion roars...while Aslan stories are read to our preschooler!

This little guy had a virus last week...it awoke the toddler in him.  He is disagreeable, impatient, whinny.  Oh no!  Toddler time again.

And our preschooler has visited two kindergartens, dates with Dad, homework (which Mama lost), and is now reading the Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.  She is also been wonderful help calming/re-directing/entertaining John.

On Friday, we met Brooklyn and her grandparents at the Dallas aquarium.  Brooklyn was definitely the best thing there.  Brooklyn taught Abigail how to take pictures with our phone and they took pictures of everything they loved about the aquarium.  I deleted 430 pictures this morning -- mainly of Abigail's feet, or blurry shots, but she had a few good ones -- see below:

Last week, she met Elsa at a friend's 5th birthday party.

Playing early morning in Abigail's room.  They were bead treasure hunters.  They stopped to take a nap.

It was so much fun John did not want to stop.  We packed up all the tools and vacuum attachment toys into one of Sissy's backpacks.  Abi packed up books and an ipad.  And then Sissy taught John how to scoot down the stairs and we were off....

Today, we ate lunch with uncle Donald, walked around the University Plaza, and played bikes and scooters with the neighbors.

Check back soon for what fun is coming our way.....
