I have always loved Green Eggs and Ham. It has such a new meaning for me these days. "No" and "I do not like that." are big blockades in our world these days. Even for things she asked for 15 seconds prior. Abigail has reduced her diet down to crackers, fruit chews and fruit bars, and macaroni and cheese. This morning I nearly opened the box of Pop Tarts in desperation for something besides her pacifier and milk to touch her lips.
We are still have great fun just the same, just not really around the dinner table.
This weekend we went on a fun day trip to Dallas with a school friend, Olivia. Abigail and Olivia went to the circus, by FTE Train. They had a great time playing together and were so cute walking hand in hand from the train station to the auditorium. They loved people watching, buying stuffed animals and light spinners, watching the acrobats and jugglers, had a power nap and were recharged by the elephants and fire workers at the end. For a two hour show and a 5 hour in total outing, they did fabulous!
