November days

John and Abigail had a cake fight after the baby shower we hosted.

John playing inside during our chilly week.

Snuggly siblings enjoying some morning hugs.

Heading out to a neighborhood birthday party.

Few minutes of outdoor play on a really cold day.  John's hand would get cold and he would cry for us to warm them up.

Abigail feels happy when she is riding her scooter.

After cooking with Mama, John plugged in the mixer and had a great time playing with the pots and pans.

John loves his Whinnie the Pooh hat. He was ready to head outside.  He even put on his shoes and when I said, hold on I need to get a shirt.  He went to the dirty clothes and found me one of my shirts.....anything to get outside.

Abigail was a pilgrim at Mrs. Townsend's class and an Indian at Mrs. Keith and Edward's class

We had a few early mornings -- thanks to an ear infection.  The kids enjoyed cuddling together.  Abigail, despite her ear infection, continued on to school and swim lessons.

This weekend we had several activities.  Two playdates on Saturday and two birthday parties on Sunday.  Abigail and I loved our ice skating playdate the best!

Abigail and Audry -- they fell a bunch but really had a great time.  We have plans for several more visits.  This one was super special because we were the only ones on the rink.
We have been very busy -- and cold the last two weeks.  Today has been a sunny break in the weather.  We have had great adventures and fun winter excursions.  We made smores in the fireplace outside, caught snowflakes, ice skated and began decorating for the holidays.
