Introducing Abigail

Waking up with a song on our hearts.

Early this morning, I heard Abigail singing.  I walked into her room and she said, Good morning Mama, would you help me sing all the words to the Wheels on the Bus?"
We hugged and kissed and started singing.
Cannot beat that as a way to start a day.

John is busy standing, talking and eating.

He can stand up on his own for about 3 seconds.

He is babbling as much as he can get a babble in at this house.  His first word, "Uh-oh"
He is enjoying eating banana cut into small pieces, smashed avocado, and just tried pancake pieces this weekend.  Tonight he is eating veggies from soup.  Yum!

On Friday, Abigail and I had a girls outing -- we played at a bounce house with friends and then went for tea and finger sandwiches and cake.  The cake, milk and tea came out first.  It was really hard to resist them.

But it was so worth the wait -- and we were all smiles for it!

Yesterday was the first warm and sunny day in a long while, Abi played for hours with Amelia, making fairy houses, hide and seek, dolls, and obstacle course.

They helped Matt wash cars.
