Abigail at 28 months -- on days like today she is absolutely full of fun and enthusiasm, mixed with silliness and exploration and a sprinkling of hugs, polite conversation, and just the tiniest two's issues. She is enjoying the holidays and is getting ready to meet Santa Claus tomorrow -- she is asking for reindeer cookies, bouncy ball and a Christmas bunny....let's see what she surprises us with while on Santa's lap!
Her vocabulary is wonderful as always - today at school, she recounted the story of Rapunzel to her teacher who said she did not leave anything out! She is really getting to enjoy her classmates, even sharing the bouncy ball and Dorothy dress. She enjoys her neighbor friends, Amelia, Wyatt and Audrey in the evenings.
Art with stickers, colors, and glitter is big - she made Christmas decorations this year. Fancy Nancy has inspired her and given her new ideas for art! Fancy Nancy has also been great for interactions with friends and vocabulary. We passed by neighbors on our walk this Saturday evening, and as they said hello, Abigail said, "Enchante."
No interest in potty training and she really enjoys her crib - but those will be new milestones coming up! As far as giraffe -- he had a tear in the pacifier this weekend as was replaced without tears with a Monkey giraffe.
