Esophagus

 I asked John what was the name of the tube that connected his mouth to his stomach?  He said
"It softens this"  which sounds very much like esophagus in John tongue....So I said, "Yes John Esophagus!" At which point he face palmed and shook his head.  "No Mom.  It-Soft - ens - this."

John wants to be a mailman when he grows up.  He will deliver raspberries to me everyday.
