John at 14 months

He is a pretty cute and happy toddler. He loves to climb. He loves water.

He enjoys dancing to music and keeps a great beat.
Enjoys tools and tinkering with new things.  He is so enjoying the stone mason and other handy guys around the house.  And thankfully he loves a bath as he is always getting himself dirty.
We have some toddler moments with frustrations -- he cannot get his leg high enough to climb the sofa.

The tears go away pretty quickly.

He loves loves to cuddle and hug.  Enjoys blankets, Matt's robe, and a few stuffed animals to cuddle.  He is very content to be held and carried around.

And he loves to hang out in the chair and relax and enjoy the Abi show that is always entertaining.

John says about 15 words.  He had a frenulum release this Friday so his vocabulary might increase quickly.  He loves to stick out his tongue but today and yesterday when I ask he say, Unh Unh.  He is very good at climbing the stairs but not walking.  He is very proficient at scooting off sofas, beds, chairs.  He uses a spoon and he stacks blocks.  He listens very well and will follow complex commands.  Today he pulled several blankets out of the cabinet, and after a while, I asked him to bring me the blankets to put away.  He immediately went to them and brought them to me.  Wow.
