John at 12 months - He is sweet and easy going, but he shares that with his family. He is very reserved around others. He adores his sister, and enjoys heading to her room for bed parties in the morning, wresting about the playroom, drinking from her cup, and screaming in their own sibling silliness language. Favorite activities including outside play, falling/crashing onto soft objects such as pillows, blankets, bounce houses. He enjoys peekaboo, throwing and chasing a ball, and eating. He is an avid eater -- enjoying meats, veggies, and fruit, and always BREAD. His 4th word is Bread. In fact, if he likes something, likely he will hold out his outstretched arm towards it, stare it down in a Jedi mind way, and say "unh unh unh .....Bread". He is a communicator with little words, gives great hugs, including his latest, run and hug your legs, and he prefers not to be the spotlight. He is not a big book fan, but Abigail's love of books is setting a great example so he is read to often. He likes to sing a tune and bee-pop to the music, and he loves water and bath time. He has 3 and 1/2 teeth, 5ish words (Dada, Mama, bread, uh-oh, and da-daaah for bye) as well as many cooing phrases for I want that and greeting good morning, hello, how are you.
John, you give us all so much love and happiness, I wish you many more happiest of birthdays!
