ABCs and Nursery Rhymes

Abigail is really into finding letters, pretend reading/memorizing her favorite books, and reciting nursery rhymes.  Her favorites are Little Miss Muffet, Itsy Bitsy Spider, Jack and Jill, and Humpty Dumpty.  But she surprises me and puts O's and Q's on her fingers and toes and says, Banbury Cross --  'with rings on her fingers and bells on her toes, she will have music wherever she goes'.

Letters are also very important and she can identify big A, B, O, T, X, and W without troubles and is trying to learn more.  So today we ran to the grocery store for ABC soup, which appears to be replaced by Spong Bob and Scooby Doo shaped soup.  We settled for spaghetti Os ABCs and she had an absolute blast eating the alphabet!

This morning while making fruit and waffles-- she just grabbed the spoon full of powder sugar and ate it!
